To ensure proper DNS zone management, Make sure to

1. Enter the Masters IP Address:

 - Enter the IP address of your master nameserver, which provides the DNS zone for the domain. You can add up to eight IP addresses (IPv4 / IPv6) using the “Add” button. These are the IP Addresses our system will try to fetch the Zone from.

2. Select Secondary Nameservers:

 - Choose one or more of the suggested nameservers as Secondary Nameserver. These will be added to the list of external nameservers and submitted to the registry after saving.

 - Ensure the selected nameservers are registered on the primary nameserver in the DNS zonefile of the domain.

3. Allow Zone Transfer:

Ensure zone transfer is allowed for the following IP addresses on your master nameserver:

IPv4: 37.187.251.136
         66.206.25.194
         51.68.180.207

IPv6 (Optional): 2001:41d0:c:388:37:187:251:136
                            2604:4500:c:3:66:206:25:194
                            2001:41d0:700:1bcf::

4. Save Changes:

 - Note that your current DNS Zone on the default nameserver will be deleted when using the secondary nameserver. Save the current configuration before making changes.

 - Once the selection has been made and the zone has been saved, click on Save changes.

Using a Hidden Master

To use your own nameserver as a hidden master, do not enter the name of the nameserver in the list of external nameservers. Instead, enter the secondary nameservers as external nameservers. The zone transfer is ensured by entering the IP address of the master in the section “Use secondary name servers”.

Additional Notes

Ensure the selected nameservers are registered on the primary nameserver in the DNS zonefile of the domain. The list of Secondary Nameservers provided are suggestions. You can also use white label nameservers such as:

        dns1.nsdns.info
        dns2.nsdns.info
        dns3.nsdns.info

In this case, manually enter the desired nameservers as “external nameservers” and ensure they are registered on the primary nameserver in the DNS zonefile of the domain.
